Delivery to the Netherlands & Belgium
Orders shipped to the Netherlands and Belgium are handled by PostNL.
Place your order before 15:00 on business days and it will be shipped the same day (via PostNL).
General Shipping Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a Track & Trace link to follow your parcel.
Still haven’t received your order two business days after receiving the shipping confirmation? In rare cases it could happen. Please get in touch with our customer service — we’re happy to help!
Not home during delivery?
If no one is home, the courier will attempt to deliver the package to a nearby neighbor. If this isn’t possible, a delivery notice will be left with a “not at home code.”
With this code, you can schedule a new delivery time via PostNL until 10 p.m. If no changes are made, PostNL will usually attempt delivery again on the next working day (Monday through Saturday).
Parcel Sent to a PostNL Point?
If your parcel is delivered to a local PostNL point, it will be held there for 14 days. After that, it will be returned to us.
